Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose
These terms and conditions govern sales by the company Kechdome.

Article 2 – Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other applicable taxes on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated, and excluding processing and shipping fees for export.

For orders to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be payable. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of the company. They will be at your expense and under your full responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.

The company Kechdome reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in effect at the time of order confirmation and subject to availability.

Products remain the property of Kechdome until full payment of the price.

Attention: as soon as you take physical possession of the ordered products, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you.

Article 3 – Orders
Contractual information is presented in French and English and will be confirmed no later than at the time of order validation.

The company Kechdome reserves the right not to record a payment and not to confirm an order for any reason, particularly in the event of supply problems or difficulties concerning the order received.

Article 4 – Validation of Your Order
Any order placed on the website kechdome.com implies acceptance of these General Conditions. Any order confirmation entails your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.

All data provided and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction.
You declare that you are fully aware of this.
The order confirmation will constitute a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
A summary of your order information will be communicated to you at the time of confirmation.

Article 5 – Payment
Validating your order implies the obligation to pay the indicated price.

Payment for your purchases is made by credit card via a secure system.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manual). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Return costs are at your expense.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the company will refund the amounts paid within 14 days following notification of your request and via the same payment method used when placing the order.

Article 7 – Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the website kechdome.com and within the limits of available stock. For non-stocked products, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.

In case of unavailability after your order has been placed, we will inform you by email. Your order will then be automatically canceled.

Article 8 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated during the ordering process, within the time specified on the confirmation page.

In the event of a shipping delay, an email will inform you of any consequences on the delivery time.

In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delivery delay, you may cancel the order under Article L138-2 of the French Consumer Code. If you receive the product nevertheless, we will refund the product and shipping costs in accordance with Article L138-3.

In the event of delivery by carrier, the company cannot be held responsible for a delay due to the customer’s unavailability after several delivery attempts.

Deliveries to Corsica are not eligible for free shipping. For any order destined for Corsica, please contact us to know the applicable rate.

Article 9 – Warranty
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects, provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. In case of non-compliance, the product may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Any complaint or request must be sent by email within 15 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in their original condition with all elements (accessories, packaging, manual). Shipping costs will be refunded based on the invoiced rate, and return costs refunded upon presentation of receipts.

This provision does not prevent the exercise of the right of withdrawal (Article 6).

Article 10 – Liability
Products comply with French legislation. The company cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country of delivery. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities regarding import or use possibilities.

Finally, it declines all responsibility in the event of problems related to the use of the Internet, such as service interruptions, external intrusions, or viruses.
