Shipping and Returns

Shipping
A preparation time of 3 days is required before your order is dispatched.
Worldwide shipping is available and orders are shipped from Morocco via Poste Maroc.

Delivery times vary between 8 and 12 business days, depending on the destination.
Please contact us if you would like faster delivery — we can ship your order via FEDEX or DHL upon request.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering.
Any change of address must be reported by email to customer service (contact@kechdome.com) within a maximum of 2 hours after the order has been confirmed.

After this period, neither the carrier nor Kechdome can be held responsible in the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
No refund or reshipment can be made in this case.


Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item if it does not suit you. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Customs Duties, Import VAT, and Local Taxes
For orders shipped from Morocco, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with local customs authorities to determine any applicable fees before placing an order. We decline all responsibility for additional charges that may be billed by customs services or carriers.


Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the customs procedures of each country. Any delay caused by customs clearance is in no way our responsibility.


Refusal of a Parcel
If the buyer refuses the parcel due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, no refund will be issued for the order.
